She does not reveal the truth as to why her office refused to comply with the statute, set down by the legislature, to perform the investigations. She is the first State’s Attorney in the history of the state to be suspended.
Hardy has been suspended from her job for ‘inexcusable delay‘ in completing investigations dating back to 2008. But c’mon, the folks that suspended her knew for a long time that those investigations were not getting done, now black girl Hardy takes the fall for following her master’s orders. Hardy has a long, well documented history, of prosecutorial fuck ups on behalf of ‘We the people‘ for whom she feigns representation. She has been criticized by higher courts for misconduct, even trail court judges have admonished her several times, citing prejudicial arguments outside the rules of evidence. Even fudge packer Justice Andrew McDonald cited Hardy for ‘prosecutorial impropriety’ for using a defendant’s silence under the Fifth Amendment as an admission of guilt. On more than one appeal, the State had to admit to Hardy’s impropriety. Hardy is a real constitutional gem.
It is rumoured that Hardy was to replace the deviant Kevin Kane as Chief State’s Attorney. She was going to be the first black woman to hold such a powerful position in the history of the country.
