Klepto Nancy has lost control of the billing scam in the Ambrose case, by dragging it out too far, billing too much and overstating her ability to keep up the lies. The simple scam of painting mom black, while portraying dad as a saint, while calling the children liars has recently blown up in Nancy’s face. Her client, Christopher Ambrose is now caught up in a DCF investigation of child neglect, abuse, battery, sexual abuse and psychological torment of three kids. Nancy and Jocelyn have bled more than $300k out of the family over 18 months, orchestrating a charade to traffic the kids for dad’s private agenda and to cut mom out of the picture by the hand of pedo protecting jew judge Jane Grossman … sound familiar? Blog aficionados have seen this pedo play on mothers time and time again.
But oops, the Administrative Judge of Bridgeport just booted Grossman off the case. GAL Jocelyn Hurwitz of Cohen&Wolf is facing a discharge motion for bias and prejudice, not upholding the best interest of the isolated kids, the custody eval is getting tossed for being over a year old (stale) and does not cover the investigation by child protective services and law enforcement into child sexual abuse by dad. Not to mention it is completely fabricated by jewish quackster Jessica Caverly. Then there is this issue for the State, as to why the kids have been forcibly isolated from mom for no rational basis but for Grossman’s uneducated opinion of what is ‘therapy’. Again, another retarded judge thinking she knows everything about everything and that a ‘momectomy’ is somehow in the best interest of children … blog has seen that many times, where there is no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no protocol, efficacy, just ‘immediate and intensive therapy for everybody’, always ordered to be provided by a jew. Judges are cruel.
The obtuse, obese and foul smelling Nancy Aldrich is now stuck. She cannot go into court to argue that her client Christopher Ambrose is the perfect dad who should have sole custody of the kids, forever isolated from mom, she has no argument. DCF took the kids away from dad twice in the last ten months, the kids will take the stand, testifying that they hate the guy, he is nasty, mean, vindictive, verbally and physically abusive, while doling out constant petty punishments and what can only be classified as inappropriate behavior. The specifics are brutal. Tells the kids that mom is ‘mental’, that mom is crazy, while isolating the kids from their friends, taking away cell phones, denying internet access, removing door knobs and locks so they can’t hide from him, plants listening devices in their rooms, hits with a closed fist, drags by the hair and refers to them as niggers, confiscates kids possessions in petty vindictiveness. Child protective services has even taken note of the suicidal ideations expressed by the kids. Living with dad is pretty much a torture chamber, not something that Nancy can advocate to the court. She would only be disbarred and arrested for conspiracy to abuse minor children.
As well, Nancy has no backup. The charade backfired on GAL Jocelyn Hurwitz as well. Jocelyn cannot make ‘recommendations’ to the court that the best interests of her wards is to be forced to live with dad. Jocelyn would be facing a malpractice suit and kicked out of the GAL club. Her testimony would be simple perjury, which would greatly distress her insurance company. She has already stated that she feels ‘bad’ about the ten month isolation of the kids, the pain they feel, and now admits the isolation is not in their best interests. Jocelyn has not even spoken to her wards in the last ten months. Pretty much gives herself cause to withdraw and refund her ill gotten fees.
The real surprise comes when dad files his financial affidavit showing that the money is pretty much gone and that he emptied all the family accounts without approval of the court … ouch, lawyers hate dat!
Looks like this is the end of the line for the court induced Ambrose Gravy Train for Nancy and Jocelyn. Dad will soon be brought to the office for a consult, where Nancy advises him to settle or she must withdraw representation of him for cause. Jocelyn is probably wishing she never got involved in this scam, as she cannot escape a malpractice suit for her conduct over the last year and a half, nor will she escape the scrutiny of a sovereign people who question her competence and the $100k in her pocket.
Nancy Aldrich is just a big fat ugly whore of Westport who will charge a ridiculous amount of money without delivering a happy ending.
