Attorney Jenn Shulka has filed a ‘contempt‘ motion in family court, before Judge Tammy Viet-Nguyen, claiming that her client’s ex-hubby is in arrearage for $20,000 supposedly accumulated over two and a half years of willful non-payment. Ignorant Jenn is claiming dad has not paid a dime in child support in 134 weeks, but Jenn is now just getting around to filing for contempt. Make any sense? FreedMarcroft is under the dykish management of Meghan Freed and Kristen Marcroft, two incompetents who have represented Francelia Sakon for the last five years, while bilking her for big bucks, for a simple no-fault divorce. How does a case drag on for five years with no child support order? Incompetent dyke lawyers? See Jenn’s filing for contempt here. The motion is written by a chicken and does not comply with practice book section 25-27. Jenn is so fucking stupid that she does not even recognize there is no proper child support order issued by the court, no worksheet executed by the parties, no presumptive amount determined, no deviation addressed, and no division of unreimbursed medical expenses specified. So much for the ‘practice’ of family law at FreedMarcroft! The case detail line items are up to 676, and counting, with seven law firms appearing, but the lawyers are too busy bleeding the family bank accounts to notice that no one is practicing law!
Remember, attorneys admitted to the Bar by the clowns in black robes, occupy that special place in society to ensure the proper administration and quality of justice. Except in Connecticut, where they can’t even follow directions that go with the child support worksheet. Harvard did not teach Jenn that arrearages are determined by the state Office of Child Support Enforcement, where the payments are collected, accounted, and distributed. Dumb cunt! Besides the asian nut-job, Judge TAMMY Nguyen, there is the ding-dong Judge Susan Connors, and the mentally deficient Judge Linda Prestley, who was actually responsible for entering judgment back in 2018 without a proper support order, or parenting plan. Judge Michael Albis has some explaining to do as to why Hartford Family Court cannot follow the law in performing its statutory duty of following the law. Child abuse? Fraud? Stupidity? The public is supposed to rely on dumb cunts like Tammy, Susan, and Linda to properly administer justice? Overseen by the gay Michael? Seriously?
It is perfectly clear that the Connecticut Superior Court, presided over by judicial idiots, before whom retarded Bar-nuts prance, is fleecing the public under pretense of the practice of law; merely a scam on the public for the sole purpose of creating pointless litigation for the purpose of generating excessive legal fees for the most incompetent lawyers on the planet.
