Judicial Speech Police

The dark hand of the deep state exposes itself in the Judicial Branch of Connecticut.  A private Gestapo under the control of Chief Justice Raheem Mullins hunts citizens exercising First Amendment rights in the name of judicial ‘security’.  Meet O’Donovan Murphy, Director of Judicial Marshal Services, a clown with a badge, attitude, but no gun, paid $176k a year to be responsible for the ‘security’ of courthouses and judges.  The constitutionally infirm DEI poster boy claims a significant increase in ‘threats’ against judges under his protection.  Murphy states he “observes an alarming escalation in the number of threats against judicial officers.”  But, the now-famous blog notes that the ignorant minority state paycheck sponge never provides a definition of his version of a ‘threat’.  Oi vey, the word salad is tossed well when it comes to deep state activity.  Political commentary of ‘we the people’ about morons in black robes becomes a ‘threat’ in the twisted mind of a black man with a badge, yearning to please his chosen masters, executing an agenda alien to the Constitution.

Murphy continues his word salad, encompassing ‘threat’ to include a wide, vague, overbroad range of speech, from verbal harassment, to expressing violent intentions, advocacy of violence, delivered by phone, emails, letters, social media or personal encounters; stemming from all levels of judicial activity; criminal, family, civil, traffic.  He claims judges are ‘targets’ of public disagreement, while citing ‘increasing polarization in society’ as the cause of growing danger to judges in Nutmegland.

Murphy alludes to a public conspiracy that “Threats against judges are an ongoing attempt to undermine the integrity of the judicial system and jeopardize public trust in the rule of law.”  So the judicial branch combats such public freedom by implementing ‘enhanced security measures’ creating a gestapo in The Office of Protective Intelligence, designed to spy on citizens whose speech is disfavoured by thin skinned public officials, who cannot tolerate the essence of self-government, veiled in a false effort to protect the rule of law.  The new Gestapo consistently explores ways to better train marshals to disregard protected speech, ignore First Amendment jurisprudence, defy the Fourteenth Amendment, labeling anything a judge does not like to hear a ‘threat’!!

The deceit of Murphy is palpable; there are no definitions, no statistics, no arrests, and no convictions for all these alarming threats that have increased by 31% in the last two years.  Can the public see the list of threats determined by Murphy, the official speech police protecting an incompetent Nutmeg judiciary?  Can the public see the new and improved judicial definition of ‘threat’?  Are all animals on the farm now subject to Murphy’s viewpoint discrimination determined by irrational emotional response of morons in black robes, who voluntarily sit on the bench of the people’s court?  Has the judiciary dispatched its flying monkeys to chill the expression of a free people in the name of court integrity?  Is Murphy a domestic terrorist?  Or just blind to deprivation of federal rights by the glitter of his weekly paycheck, a slave to his master’s bidding.  Good boy, Toby!!

The now-famous blog diversity department notes that the judicial Gestapo office was established by Black Chief Justice Richard Robinson, run by Black Director O’Donovan Murphy, and is now under the leadership of Black Chief Justice Raheem Mullins.  The blog legal department finds no statutory authority for judicial branch Gestapo services to hunt protected political prose, but then the judiciary is above the law and does not submit to limitations imposed by the legislature.

The original purpose of free expression, which pre-dates the founding, was for the people to be able to intimidate and shame oppressive public officials into more honourable and just service.  Perhaps the judiciary should examine its performance before hunting its critics, lest Chief Justice Mullins incite imminent lawless action.
