Daily Docket News legal team is following mind-boggling events as they unfold in Tolu vs. Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (OCDC), Case No. 99760, filed 09/02/2022 in the Supreme Court. Allyson Brown, Esq., guardian ad litem (GAL), who is a recently recruited member of the infamous 01-27-2021 Zoom meeting law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ filed a bar complaint in April, 2022, against Evita Tolu, Esq., charging her with fabricated allegations, in another desperate attempt by the GAL law firm, Cash for Kids, LLC, to take down one of the very few attorneys left fighting the infamous lawless secret society Missouri Court Mafia (MCM) and who is tirelessly working day and night to save as many children as possible from being sold, beaten, molested, tortured, raped, and/or murdered by the MCM. The MCM have relentlessly made numerous attempts to silence Evita Tolu by any means, including death threats, to prevent her from helping even one more child. Evita Tolu’s efforts to save children struck a nerve with ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ member Allyson Brown over Evita Tolu’s representation of Cynthia Haynes in the heinous Haynes v. Haynes, Case No. 13RI-CV00554, filed 12/10/2013 in the Ripley County Circuit Court where Tolu, against all odds, managed to save Cynthia Haynes’s youngest 12-year-old daughter, after countless other attorney’s failed, directly resulting in Mikaela Haynes’ death, from conjugal child visitation obligations to see her convicted child sodomizer father, Charles Haynes, in prison, which the law prevents. GAL, Allyson Brown, who recently passed the bar and apparently does not know the law, filed disciplinary complaints against Evita Tolu with the OCDC maliciously accusing Evita Tolu of the alleged crimes that Evita Tolu claims were totally fabricated. Evita Tolu sought a writ of mandamus recently with the Missouri Supreme Court sighting disqualification of the OCDC from investigating Allyson Brown’s fabricated allegations against Evita Tolu, in part due to the OCDC’s direct involvement with law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC. The OCDC’s officer, Shevon Harris, Esq., whose Regional Division X was assigned to investigate Allyson Brown’s fabricated allegations against Evita Tolu was present at the infamous 01-27-2021 Zoom meeting during which Shevon Harris, in her role as the OCDC officer, advised the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ how to hide money to avoid the OCDC’s scrutiny. Maia Brodie, Esq., another OCDC officer of the Regional Division X, was also present at this Zoom meeting. At no time during this Zoom meeting did the two attending OCDC officers inform the attendees that what they were doing was illegal. The law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ minutes will show that the new business discussed during this Zoom meeting was to find out who is the Daily Docket News. In Evita Tolu’s mandamus, she claims that the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ believed that she and her lawyers were the Daily Docket News, because Elaine Pudlowski, Esq. said that “the Daily Docket News was a fake”. Interestingly, neither Shevon Harris nor Maia Brodie, along with nearly forty other attorneys were investigated by OCDC for their participation in this Zoom meeting where they illegally gathered at least $10,000.00 to penetrate Evita Tolu and her attorney’s private computers in violation of the Missouri Constitution and Missouri Statutes. According to Evita Tolu’s Exhibit 11, the OCDC’s Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Alan Pratzel, Esq., accused Evita Tolu of false allegations about Shevon Harris claiming that Shevon Harris had done nothing wrong. What Alan Pratzel does not know, or pretends that he does not know, is that the Zoom meeting video with Shevon Harris’ participation is posted on YouTube and has nearly 20,000 views. Is Alan Pratzel deaf and blind or just covering for the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC?’ According to the Alan Pratzel, it is appropriate to illegally access private computers without a warrant and it is acceptable to conduct illegal searches on those computers and violate the privacy and confidentiality of Evita Tolu’s and her lawyers’ computers. This is exactly what went on in the former USSR. Is the OCDC run by the KGB? In lightning speed, Alan Pratzel immediately replied to Evita Tolu’s mandamus stating that, “it was in his and the OCDC’s discretion who to investigate and who to discipline.” Does this thought process resemble the KGB? It is disheartening but very clear that Alan Pratzel and the OCDC approved Shevon Harris’, Maia Brodie’s and the nearly forty other attorneys’ violation of the Missouri Constitution and firmly believed it was appropriate to illegally search Evita Tolu’s and her lawyers’ computers. According and with the blessing of the OCDC, Evita Tolu’s computers were hacked three times after the infamous 01-27-2021 Zoom meeting of the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC’, in which the OCDC participated. Does any of this lawlessness surprises you considering that children are being sold, beaten, molested, tortured, raped, and/or murdered by the MCM, while the OCDC does everything it can to aid and abet the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC’, as confirmed by Alan Pratzel? Allyson Brown, who was paid top dollar by Charles Haynes’ mother, is totally pissed-off that she was not able to succeed in forcing Cynthia Haynes’s 12-year-old daughter to be available to her convicted jailed child molester father, Charles Haynes, for conjugal jail masturbation visits. Daily Docket News legal team has uncovered that the 40 odd attorneys (see list of names below) who conspired together on the infamous 01-27-2021 Zoom meeting and formed a law firm, called ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ to collect untold amounts of laundered cash to destroy any litigant or media coverage, are in fact prohibited by law from working on the same case due to a conflict of interest. Law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ established a ‘Mission Statement’ “… to destroy anyone who expose their Kids for Cash scheme, including the media …” The Missouri Rules of Ethics state that “firm” or “law firm” denotes a lawyer or lawyers in a law partnership, professional corporation, sole proprietorship, or other association authorized to practice law, or lawyers employed in a legal services organization, or the legal department of a corporation or other organization. For example, two lawyers who share office space and occasionally consult or assist each other generally, are not considered to constitute a firm. However, if they present themselves to the public in a way that suggests that they are a firm or conduct themselves as a firm, they must be regarded as a firm for purposes of the Missouri Rules of Ethics. In the infamous 01-27-2021 Zoom meeting, 40 odd attorneys created their law firm and called it ‘Cash for Kids, LLC.’ The 40 odd attorneys elected a treasurer for their law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC.’ The 40 odd attorneys received legal advice for their law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ from the OCDC. The 40 odd attorneys discussed collecting $10,000.00, with the guidance and blessing of the OCDC, to fund their law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ business ventures. The law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC’, organized by these 40 odd attorneys, is viewed as a firm for purposes of the Missouri Rules of Ethics. This means that none of these 40 odd attorneys, with the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ can represent opposing parties in litigation and it is also considered that, for purposes of the Missouri Rules of Ethics, information acquired by one attorney from the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC,’ is attributed to another attorney from the law firm, ‘Cash for Kids, LLC’.

Heggie, an honorary member of the MCM, who sells his decisions to the highest bidder. We first reported on this case in our 11-16-2020 edition. This tragic nightmare has now come to a heartbreaking end after seven horrific years of court induced trauma. Van Den Bergh vs. Van Den Bergh, Case 15SL-DR05021 filed 08/29/2015 in the Saint Louis County Family Court was centered around a minor child disclosing to a therapist that they were molested by their father. Elaine Pudlowski, Esq., with the MCM law firm of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Siegel, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C., who was appointed as the child’s guardian ad litem, withheld the child’s disclosure from the family court and influenced the Department of Family Services to not investigate the child’s disclosure. Elaine Pudlowski had numerous ex parte communications with Judge Sandra Farragut-Hemphill and Judge Robert M. Heggie in this case, who both blessed Elaine Pudlowski’s MCM tactics. Since 2013 until present time, this minor child repeatedly disclosed to everyone that father sexually abused her while she was in his custody. The DFS substantiated father’s sexual abuse of this minor child. But we all know by now how this story goes and the plot of fabricating untruths by court involved professionals takes center stage. The abuse of this minor child was completely concealed by Elaine Pudlowski from both Judge Sandra Farragut-Hemphill’s and Judge Robert M. Heggie’s delicate judicial ears. All court appointed therapists agreed that father should have no contact with the minor child. But the script for this case was written long before this poor minor child’s parents ever stepped foot into the courtroom. The MCM granted father legal custody so he could purchase a therapist to do his bidding, Tonia Crews, who would play father’s fiddle by closing her all seeing therapist eyes and covering her all-hearing delicate therapist ears when this minor child discloses sexual abuse. But there is a small but annoying problem for the MCM. That pesky mother, who is still bothering father and his purchased therapist, with her questions and safety concerns. Following Elaine Pudlowski’s established script and to teach mother a lesson she will never forget, father is instructed to seek permanent injunction against mother and contempt to incarcerate mother. Judge Robert M. Heggie hears father’s fabricated motion, as choreographed by Elaine Pudlowski, for permanent injunction and contempt to incarcerate mother. Father filed a Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction and Permanent Injunction, and a Motion for Contempt seeking mother’s incarceration. Mother asked For Judicial Review, Motion for Declaratory Judgment, and a Motion to Dismiss father’s request for restraining orders and injunction. Judge Robert M. Heggie lets father’s hearsay into evidence against mother. Judge Robert M. Heggie refused to hear mother’s evidence of child abuse or let his delicate judicial ears hear the gruesome details of child abuse. On June 30, 2022, Judge Robert M. Heggie issues his final judgment sending a very strong message to mother that if she ever raises any child safety concerns with the therapist’s that father hand selected, mother would be swiftly incarcerated. To justify his decision, Judge Robert M. Heggie had to change the narrative of his judgment. Judge Robert M. Heggie altered the truth by accusing mother of what father did in “derailing and ignoring medical needs and therapy needs, that the child has had in the past.” Judge Robert M. Heggie untruthfully said, “Due solely to Mother, this case proceeded for months.” Wait a minute, it was father who hauled mother to court and filed for permanent injunction and mother’s incarceration. Then Judge Robert M. Heggie untruthfully concludes that mother “caused actual or threatened injury to father” and “invaded father’s rights.” Here we must pause for a second. Judge Robert M. Heggie is implying that father has rights to sexually abuse his minor child. Judge Robert M. Heggie ordered the mother to stop filing licensing complaints because “there is a limited supply of qualified (we say corrupt) counselors in the Saint Louis area.” The truth, that Judge Robert M. Heggie does not want you to know, is there are plenty of good honest therapists in Saint Louis area, who father had fired because they reported his sexual abuse of his minor child to the DFS. Now, with Judge Robert M. Heggie’s June 30, 2022, falsified judgment, mother is prohibited from ever questioning “father’s limited supply of qualified (we say corrupt) counselors” and mother is prohibited from showing any concerns about her minor child’s wellbeing. Here comes Judge Robert M. Heggie’s judicial threat, “mother’s confinement, if she does question at this stage, it could harm the child.” But wait, Judge Robert M. Heggie orders, that “should mother’s violations resume, the court will consider any appropriate sanction to enforce the current court order.” Now, to put the final nail in mother’s and minor child’s coffin, Judge Robert M. Heggie needs to punish concerned mother monetarily, for her “alarming behavior that necessitated the appointment of the GAL and mother’s attacks on the GAL during the litigation.” Wait a minute, Judge Robert M. Heggie was uncontrollably enraged when the poor mother had the audacity to bother to ask the GAL to investigate abuse of her minor child and to beg the GAL to protect her minor child. That’s right, Judge Robert M. Heggie made it crystal clear that if the mother bothers a GAL with safety concerns for her minor child or her child’s best interests, extreme punishment for the mother will be immediately ordered by the court. In this case, the mother was punished and ordered to pay $8,500.00 to the corrupt GAL involved in this case, who protected Judge Robert M. Heggie’s delicate judicial ears from the horrific gruesome details of the minor child’s sexual abuse. Unbelievably, Judge Robert M. Heggie grants molester father full legal custody of minor child he sexually abuses daily and orders mother to pay all father’s legal fees. Another Missouri Family Court case is completed, and another child’s life is destroyed in the name of profit for the MCM. This is just one more horrendous example of countless others of how the MCM rules the courts by falsifying court records, suppressing evidence, and creating untruths if anyone dares report child abuse. Daily Docket News legal team has been following the Haynes v. Williams et al, Case No. 1:21-CV-00160, filed 11/08/2021 in the United States District Courts, Missouri Eastern District Court. This wrongful death case alleges father, father’s mother, as well as the GAL Jennifer Williams and her law firm, like all other MCM GAL’s, including those on the 01-27-2021, Zoom meeting, do not have the best interest of the children but only the best interest of their offshore bank accounts. Burton, along with the Missouri Bar and the rest of the MCM including Elaine Pudlowski, Esq. with the MCM law firm of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Siegel, Payne & Pudlowski, PC, decided they would destroy Tolu by any means, including a plot to disbar her with fabricated evidence and even resorting to death threats if she did not withdraw her lawsuit. Why are elected representatives of the public and the local media are turning a blind eye to Missouri children who are being sold, beaten, molested, tortured, raped, and murdered in the name of profit by the lawless secret society of the MCM? If they are not part of the solution, then they are part of the problem. We have found that no child is safe anywhere in Missouri from the MCM. We have thought long and hard on why this is happening. Rather, “the welfare of the child is and must be the prime and overriding consideration, and the rights and claims of the parents are and must be of secondary importance.” Id. At 185.

Many victims who have completed their child custody case and lost their children, through no fault of their own, discovered everyone, including their own attorney, was working against them. Many victims who are currently in litigation do not realize that everyone is working against them including their own attorney. Our suggestion, for victims of this Kids for Cash scheme in need of immediate help, would be to contact Michael Volpe, freelance investigative journalist based out of Chicago, who is helping coordinate the effort to get justice for victims. We are hopeful that you will be connected to the ever-growing team of honest attorneys, whose mission is to put an end to the injustice taking place in the family court. If there are any attorneys who are not part of the Kids for Cash scheme or terrified of MCM and believe in Child’s Lives Matter and are willing to help these voiceless victims, you know who you are and you know what to do to save a child.
Daily Docket News legal team wants litigants who believe they were wronged by the MCM to either file a Motion to Modify and/or Motion to Vacate prior custody decisions in all cases involving these alleged Kids for Cash players. For currently pending cases, our legal team suggests filing Motion to Strike your current forensic psychology evaluator as an expert and Motion to Remove your guardian ad litem. Above all, record everyone involved in your case including your own attorney. Missouri’s wiretapping law is a “one-party consent” law. Missouri makes it a crime to intercept or record any “wire, oral, or electronic communication” unless one party to the conversation consents. Many states have single-party consent laws. This means that just one party involved in the conversation needs to be aware that it is being recorded. If you are the one recording the conversation, for example, you do not have to reveal this to the other party. Also, document everything including emails. The hundreds of victims coming forward all have the same story in that they trusted the court system, they trusted their court ordered guardian ad litem, they trusted their court ordered therapists, they trusted their court ordered forensic psychology evaluator and they trusted their own lawyer. What they found out too late was they should have not trusted anyone but themselves. If you are currently in litigation, open your eyes wide and trust only your gut because the reality is everyone in the court system, including your own lawyer, is statistically more than likely working against you. Do not be led by the nose in a corrupt court system, take control of your destiny and the destiny of your children before it is too late. Learn from the parents that made the biggest mistake of their lives by trusting the court system which took their money and sold, beaten, molested, tortured, raped, and/or murdered their children. Understand that your case outcome is predetermined before you ever step foot into the courtroom. If you can, avoid the court system all together by working things out on your own with your ex-spouse. Do not let the MCM destroy your family. You be the Judge.
Daily Docket News advises all litigants who feel they were wronged by any court involved attorney, including their own attorney and the GAL, to immediately file a bar complaint with the OCDC and under no circumstances, accept a rejection response from the OCDC. Remember that the OCDC ‘s only function is to protect the MCM Kids for Cash scheme. Protect your child from these all predators wherever they may hide. Only you can decide your child’s fate.
